with emphasis on products found locally. The Fresh Sheet Menu is

We have carefully selected all of our suppliers. Everything from the
seafood, meats, and produce to the coffee has been painstakingly
researched. Our suppliers have become our valued partners and are very
important in our quest to exceed your expectations.

knowledgeable, professional and attentive service. We strive to
provide you with just the right amount of attention by anticipating
your needs without being intrusive. Our ongoing training focuses on

ABOUT ZOUHAIR MARDINI
Zouhair Mardini, a native
of Beirut says he decided to invest in Snohomish because he thought
``it was a pretty neat town" and badly needed some gourmet cookery.
Mardini spent five
years with Restaurants Unlimited Inc. before opening his first
Snohomish establishment in 1984. He moved into the remodeled bank
building three years later and has been so successful that next summer
he will open a much larger establishment - a combined restaurant,
dance floor, plaza, cooking school and ``DeLaurenti-type" specialty
food store/deli.
